Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public. We are online-only and all orders need to be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne.

If it helps, we do accept returns for change of mind / if you don't like an item in your order. You just need to follow our returns processes below:

We also offer free shipping on most orders over $99. (This excludes orders that contain Big & Bulky items, Ship from Supplier items and Special Order items.)
