If a Gift Card or Discount Code isn't working there are a couple of things you can do:

Step 1:

Ensure there are no blank spaces and the code is entered correctly. Copy-pasting can help ensure accuracy (e.g. 0 vs O).

Step 2:

Enter the code into the Gift Card or Discount Code field during checkout and select Apply

Step 3:

If your code is still not working try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser or device.

Step 4:

If none of the above work then please reach out to our customer service team with your gift certificate/discount code & we'll get you sorted!
