I Received an Incorrect ItemUpdated 5 months ago

Our products are shipped to you as we receive them from our suppliers. However, there is always a small possibility of an incorrect item or wrongly barcoded item being shipped. If that's the case, we'll get you sorted!


If you have received an incorrect item we will need a couple of photos so we can get you sorted as quickly as possible. We will need photos of:

  1. The complete item

  2. The barcode found on the item, tag or product packaging. (Note: this is not the shipping label)


If you send these & your order number through to our customer service team we'll get you sorted ASAP!
