Faulty / Damaged item returnUpdated a year ago

Before returning any faulty / damaged items back to us please contact one of our customer service staff immediately with:


1) Order number


2) Photo of the damaged item


3) Photo of the barcode found on the item




Note: We are unable to accept damaged and faulty items to our warehouse. Instead our customer service crew will let you know what to do and get you sorted with a new item.
