Before returning any faulty / damaged items back to us please utilise the Contact Us form to be assisted by the next available customer service team member:
1) Order number
2) Photo of the damaged item
3) Photo of the barcode found on the item
Note: We are unable to accept damaged and faulty items to our warehouse. Instead our customer service crew will let you know what to do and get you sorted with a new item.
