We offer a 15 minute window for customers to personally cancel their order in the event an error has been made. The order cancel button can be found on the Thank You page right after oder completion, via the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your account page under order history.
Once this 15 minute window has elapsed it is unlikely we can cancel/ make a change due to our automated systems in place.
