Can I make a change to my order?Updated 9 months ago
Once an order has started processing at our warehouse we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. Orders placed on the weekend or evening may be able to be changed or canceled.
What you need to do if you would like to make a change to your order:
Step 1:
Notify our customer service crew ASAP with your order number.
Step 2:
Let us know if you the exact changes you would like to make, to speed up the process you can include a link to the product or let us know the product SKU.
We will do our absolute best to get to your email as quickly as we can and amend the order before it begins processing.
