Please provide us with as much information as possible first up - that will help reduce a lot of back and forth between yourself, us, and the supplier.


NOTE: Warranties cover manufacturing defects only, so things like crash damage and incorrect installation will not be able to be claimed and covered.


Some helmet brands offer a form of crash replacement.
